Molly Hall-Harvey is the current Executive Assistant at the Commission on the American Museum of Women’s History . She received a B.A. in anthropology from Baylor University in 2014. During her time at Baylor Molly played in the Golden Wave Marching band, held the positions of Treasurer and Vice President in the Baylor Anthropology Society, and was a member of an honors program called the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core. She attended the Baylor Archaeological Field School during the summer of 2013 where she spent 5 weeks camping and excavating on a Texas ranch. She was selected to present her field school research to the Texas Archaeological Society, Central Texas Archaeological Society, and to the Baylor University Scholars Week.
After graduating college Molly interned for the Bosque County Museum where she gave tours, helped with exhibit openings, accessioned new objects into the museum’s collection, and preserved books to be used in the museums growing research library. When she moved to Florida Molly interned for Prentice, Thomas & Associates. There she cleaned artifacts, labeled them for storage, packed artifacts for transport, and compiled field documents. Molly was not happy to stop learning after she finished college so she took the Intercultural Competencies for Special Operations Forces course through the United States Air Force Special Operations School in January of 2015.
Molly currently lives at her local library, however, when they close she can be found at home in Lorton, Virginia.
