The National Women’s History Project (NWHP) will be celebrating this year’s Women’s History Month with their selected theme, “Working to Form a More Perfect Union: Honoring Women in Public Service and Government”. Every year, NWHP honors women’s whose work falls under a chosen, unifying, theme. This year’s group of women highlights the diverse forms of public service and leadership, from practicing law to running for office to documenting oral histories. The honorees will be recognized this March at the upcoming annual Women Making History event in Washington, D.C.
